Where can you find the best Dim Sum place in Toronto?

I am a former chef and go to the one on Dundas between Spadina and Huron St on the same side as the Royal Bank, it is up stairs the front of the building has a stylised dragons at the front on the stairs, it is called the "Golden Palace".

They are a large place and quiet a show, a bit noisy at noon , but around 1 it slows down. they have large tables and the majority of customer are chinese, but the staff does speak english.

I like all of the dishes, my favorites are the Bao (steamed buns), chicken feet, tripe, squid and my most favorite the fried turnip cake

Somewhere on Spadina between College and Queen , This area is better know as " Chinatown and I am sure you can find the best Dim Sum somewhere here.
