  1. I don't think they have an outlet store there although I have heard people say their packs were made in Vietnam.

    You can probably buy one at any of the larger markets like Cho Ben Thanh or Binh Tay. They may be counterfeits, though.

    Another idea would be to contact the company and ask them.
