i think they're all pretty sweet.  The key is getting ones that are very very ripe.  It becomes so sweet, it's like eating ice cream or pudding.

Alphonso is a Mango cultivar that is considered by many to be one of the best in terms of sweetness and flavor. It is one of the most expensive kinds of mango and is grown mainly in western India. It is in season April through May.
