Where can you find water efficient products, such as:faucets,shower heads, and toilets?How do you know?

Water conservation, unless you are in a desert-type area, sounds utterly silly to me, since water cannot be destroyed.  Water goes in a circle.  To flush more down your toilet sends it back to the lake where it came from in the first place.
