  1. Use a slow-blow 5A 250v fuse to replace this.  I found this info reading an amazon.com review of an Oster blender.  Tried it myself, and it worked (fuse used: T5L250V.)  Use any 20mm x 5mm 5amp 250v slow-blow fuse. Using a regular 5A 125V fuse will not work.
