Where can you get cassette tape to cd transferer in the philippines?

Question

i want to transfer all my cassette tapes to CD format but its quite expensive when i do it in studios... do you know where to buy this gadgets like

ION Audio TAPE2PC Cassette to CD Recorder / Archiver in philippines? so i can do the transfering myself? would really appreciate any suggestion...thanks :)
