  1. If you qualify as the person above mentioned.  Then you can go to the IRS's website at;   irs.gov and they give you step by step instructions on how to complete the form.  In addition, you can use an electronic filing program for free such as turbo tax who will walk you through filling out the form.  A friend of mine had a company help her complete the form and it was free of charge.  There website is;  RASAssociates.2freedom.com.  I hope this information is helpful.

    Best wishes.

  2. See if there is an AARP Tax-Aide group in your area.  They provide this service for free.  Check with your local library as they may also have someone to help you.

Otherwise, get ahold of one of the packages IRS mailed out to most seniors who don't normally file returns.  It has the blank forms and an instruction sheet that should be all you need.

  3. You need to submit a regular income tax return, like you should be doing every year. Did you submit yours this year? (They were due on April 15).

If you submitted your tax return on time, nothing else needs to be done to get your stimulus rebate. It will come automatically.

If you did not file a tax return this year -- then why do you think you are eligible for a stimulus rebate?
