Where can you get jello shot cups?

Question

I am wanting to make jello shots for a friends b-day and wanted to know where to get those little cups with lids here in Austin.

Or what do you use? I need them to be portable- any ideas would be helpful!

I had a lot of difficulty finding them last summer when I threw a party. I was looking for the little cups that come with the lids. Turns out they are hard to find! You can only get them through supply distribution companies for restaurants like Cisco (for dipping sauces, etc). Stores do not sell them. I ended up buying a lot of little clear Dixie cups and putting plastic wrap around the top. But it was a pain to do, since I made hundreds of shots and had to cut little plastic squares to cover each one!

you can go to any party store and look for small or little cups. You can also try a Wine or even beer store. I've found some at a liquor store, and at the party place.

If you have a Gordon Food Service (GFS) in your area, I know they have them there, or at least in my area.  You can also look at Sam's Club or Costco to see if they have them there.  A party store may also have them, like Party America.

It has been a while, but I think we used to get them at Sam's Wholesale -- maybe another store of that type (Costco)??
