Where can you get mexican vanilla ?

Question

does anyone know where to buy "La Vencedora" mexican vanilla in the USA. The bottle is 31.79 oz's and it has a red rooster on the top of the bottle on the piece of paper that seals it. i hope someone can help me. i was wondering if there was a place here instead of going all the way to Mexico.

That vanilla is very good and it is made in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.  You can order it from ebay or many places in the US.  I can buy it at most supermarkets in the USA.  Call around the town where you live and ask. It is pure vanilla and many are not pure.

I get mine from vendors at the flea market.

Same brand too.

Most Mexican vanillas cannot be sold in stores due to the alcohol content.

Well we don't now where "here" is. Many grocery stores have a  "Mexican Food" aisle. You might ask the local grocery store manager if they could order it for you. Maybe at your local flea market, or check the phone book for a Mexican store maybe in a town near you. If no luck..."hasta la vista."

I live in Ga and there are a lot of locally owned Mexican stores that are owned and operated by Mexican families. You should be able to find it at one of these type of store or they could probably order it for you. If not Im sure you could find it online.
