Where can you get more effects for Paint.Net?

Question

I have the newest version of Paint.net and I want to know where you can download more effects. I've seen people who post tutorials on how to make cool things and they like 15 things under effects where can I get more?

Last time I checked, the forums were down but that's the place where I got ALL my effects, go to the PLUGINS section, just surf and surf until you find an effect that sounds cool, that should work. If not then just go through tutorials and download the addon effects, there are many there for you to choose from.
