Where can you get new homebuilding supplies at discount rates in AZ?

Now I know there are places in construction lots. . I've heard of them. Where contracters bring extra things.

Is there any place around Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, around the valley. Not too far. Thank you!

Have you tried a Home Depot near you?

I hate them, but their prices are usually better.

Where I am, you can get some of their returned items for cheaper rates.

Most volume "deals" are given to contractors, etc.

You can also try eBay, if you are not in a hurry. People will often have extra stuff after a project. If there are cuts or paint or whatever, they can't return it. So they will try to sell it before taking t to the dump.
