Where can you get nikuman/butaman/baozi in Winnipeg?

I tried niku-man when I was in Yokohama last year (in Chinatown) and it was absolutely delicious. It's a kind of steamed pork-bun, also known as "butaman" and apparently very similar to the Chinese "baozi". Is there a restaurant or store that sells them? Or am I stuck trying to make my own from scratch?

  1. Check the local place that have dim sum, when I worked there and my last visit there I know of a few, but it has been a few years, you may find them to at the Vietnamese bakery on the east side near the mall.

Just look in the phone book and make a few calls, I know ther are at least 3-4 places that have it or a similar steamed BBQ pork or Bao Char Shu
