Where can you get really good but at great price liquid liner?

i want a thick brush liner. i couldnt find any at wal mart at all but maybe its just my hometown. idk. where are other places u can find them? thanks much =)

I use Maybelline Ultra Liner Waterproof. I have NEVER had a problem with this type of liquid liner, and if you want thick lines, it's really easy to guide the brush for a bulkier line!

It's not too expensive, because I'm broke, lol =).

I use Wet n' Wilds eyeliner because it's one of the cheapest out there! Avon, I know, also sells them really cheap! And I don't know about the thick brush, but you can easily just push down harder with a skinner brush! Good luck!
