Where can you get stencils made?

Im looking for a place where you can get your own stencils made to like whatever you want. I heard that maybe the store Michaels can do that but I couldn't find anything on it when I looked online. I want to get a big stencil of a penguin made....any suggestions?

Michaels sells stencil blanks, and you can make your own. If you have a picture of a penguin, you can just trace it onto the blank, then use a sharp knife(x-acto type) to cut the design.
