I agree with the person that said steveston, there's one on the water and one on the park, same name but I can't remember what it is called.  There's also a place called Dave's fish and chips in steveston, I've never personally been there but I heard it was good.  By the way Steveston is in Richmond.

There is a little place near the fisherman's wharf on Granville Island which is amazing and super popular. They have everything.
