Where can you get wholesale pumpkins in CA?

I run the Halloween Carnival at my daughters school and need to purchase a couple hundred pumpkins, which can get expensive if I buy them at grocery stores. Does anyone know of any pumpkin wholesalers in Southern CA that I can contact?

Northgate Gonzalez Markets and El Toro Markets offer free pumpkins starting October 15th.  Limit is one to a customer, but if you tell the Manager that Larry of OCB sent you, they should be able to give you more.

Look up "Produce Brokers" or go down to the produce mart just east and south of downtown LA  (It's two city blocks long.  Just ask.) and you'll be in the middle of the action.  Where they all come into before distributing out to the stores.  Your best best without going to the grower.
