Where can you go to get a 8 milimeter tape converted to a dvd?

i cant get it done through the computer or anything though because i don't have the camcorder anymore.

I'm assuming that the tape is video tape. If you have the machine to play, the tape you can use the Dazzle DVD recorder. The machine will plug into the Dazzle and the Dazzle will plug into your USB connection on your computer. It'll cost about 50 bucks at Staples. It can also be used to hook up a camcorder and a VCR or any other audio/video device, so it's not wasted money.
