Where can you go to get cute clothes for a low price?

I live in memphis tennessee and I dont know where to go to get cute clothes. somebody help me out.

well idk where you live but some good stores is CrossRoads, its like a second hand store but HIGH QUALITY most of the clothes come from designer. There's Buffalo Exchange, which is similar to it. Just any second hand stores are good. Don't judge them just because there second hand stores, you can find really good clothes at a small cost.

i go to tj maxx it buys clothes from stores all over and  then sells them for a lower price and sometimes you can find really cute stuff!!! its kinda like ross but better

I agree with the person that said TJMaxx.  Also, I get really cute, inexpensive dresses at Ross.  Old Navy and Charlotte Russe are other great places to get cute clothes on an extreme budget.  I don't know if you live near a college at all, but if you do, find out if there are any thrift/clothing exchange stores around there.  I find some of my best stuff at places like this, because college students are "poor" and are willing to sell off their cute things for cash.  Hope this helps.
