Where can you make poffins on pokémon pearl?

Actually, you make Poffins!

In order to create a Poffin, you must have a Poffin Case (you can get the poffin vase in the pokeclub in Hearthome city) and at least one Berry.

Once you obtain these items, you head over to Hearthome City, and then head to the the Poffin House which is located just below the Pokémart.

The Poffin is then created by mixing the Berry in a vat of dough and stirring it around in different directions.

Becareful not to stir too fast or too slow, it will cause overflows or cause it to burn and the Poffin will lose its potency.
