It would take tons of caps to make anything, but you can take it to a scrap metal yard. You would do better collecting abandon cars.

Admit it nobody knows, extending the time on the question won't make a difference.  Call a scrap metal yard and ask them. Or call the other groupe and ask them where they take them.
