Is it recyclable material? Are there groups that would like to have them as learning materials? I hate to just throw them away.

  1. Are you in Cheshire? I could use them in my teaching...email me if you are local!

  2. there may in fact be some salvageable metallic content of film, however, you would have to be aware that hospitals and most up to date medical and dental offices and radiology groups do NOT use film, they are digital in their diagnostic radiographs, and prints, sensors are used instead of film, you might try a film processor instead in your community....good luck

  3. Yes it is recyclable. It contains silver. You should be able to sell them. Call a hospital, they should be able to tell you where to take them.

  4. Kodak recycles x-ray film.  Just give them a call and see if you can mail it or perhaps there is a center near you!
