  1. If you have the resiet for the item you could take it back if you haven't had it long. If not then think about going to Sony. That fixed it usually for £50 and over.

  2. Any good tv store that fixes tv's should put you in the right direction. If not send it back 2 the manufactrer

  3. if its still in warranty send it back to the shop you got it from, or look in your yellow pages or internet etc

  4. In general the best place to take an item to be fixed is the shop you bought it from. Also you can take it to a local independant retailer as they will often give you a better deal and return it faster. The most common electronic shops to get repairs are Currys, PC World, Lazer and Comet but there are many others. Hope this helps:)
