  1. Yes you can go anywhere.

    Your family GP would be easier as you will Need to make a special appointment as it takes longer than a normal consultation.

  3. most clinics do. Or you can go to the truck stop and sometimes they have obile medical care and they can do it

  4. Call the random clinic and ask if they do dot physicals, some places may not and you may have to go to a truckstop and buy a dot physical card to bring into the physical for the doc to fill out.. my dr charges $55 and i have to bring my own card in for him to fill out.

        most all major trucking companies provide the physical durring orientation and will over ride the physical youve already taken .
