Where can you vacation in the carribeans w/o bugs?

Question

I am looking for a vacation trip possibly in the carribeans. You hear horrible stories of cockroaches in the hotel, mositioes outside etc... When I went to the Bahamas 1998 I did not experience this at all.. Are there certain Islands in the carribeans where you are NOT going to encounter these pest? Where can I NOT find these pest indoor/outdoors? I want to go somewhere other than Bahamas.

Grand Cayman, just got back from there yesterday. It was my 5th time in 7 years going there. Place is great, very expensive, but some of best diving in the world.  No bugs to worry about though

In Grand Cayman a plane flies over every evening to spray and kill the mosquitoes. It's a very clean island.
