try  http://www.dbzepisodes.net you might be able to get it in that language.

its great that people still watch dragonball z

u can get all the episodes from www.video.google.com

just type which episode  need and u'll get the list of videos of that episodes if google video doesn't have a particlar episode u can always watch it on yahoo videos for downloading i think  better install real player 11 it will automatically place a download icon in ur browser when u scroll ur mouse over a video on a webpage

2) Naruto ( including shippuden)

3) Crayon Shin Chan

4) Doraemon

5) Detective Canon
