Where can you work at 14?

im in barrie ontario canada

and im 14 and need somewere to work

but i want to work for a company

Not alot of places hire u if ur 14, but it depends on if u have done a job similar before and have a good references and also a letter of recommendation is good. I only done a paper route when I was 14. So I think u should start with volunteering and next summer make a nice resume of the places u volunteered at and u can get a job at maybe YMCA, American eagle, etc......
