I was thinking in a storage facility, but the few that I've called say they don't allow that. Any ideas?

  1. Parking lot of an auto parts store. I know I've seen people doing it there before.  It might help if you made a purchase & ask their permission.  They at least might be able to direct you someplace if you can't do it there.  You might also try a self-serve car wash but they might run you off if they notice that you're parked a long time. If it's a job that takes more than a day then the storage unit is a good idea. Did you offer to rent the storage unit?  They usually have a one month minimum but you should be able to do what you want in it as long as it's not hazardous or illegal. Be sure to tell them you will protect the floor if that's a concern. Where ever you go, please dispose of any fluids responsibly.
