E-bay has rules governing the sale of biological specimens which are more severe than international treaties governing trade in the same.

It would be legally possible to buy a real tiger tooth in Canada. Although there are extremely strict regulations covering the traffic in indigenous species (e.g. bears or eagles, or parts thereof), there is no regulation of traffic in parts of non-local endangered species - within the country.

CITES, an international agreement covering international import and export of endangered species, regulates international trade. Most, but not all countries are signatories to this agreement. CITES came into being in the late 1970s or early 1980s.

In Canada, it would be difficult but not impossible to find a real tiger tooth for sale. A couple of times, I've seen someone wearing one set in gold as a pendant. I have no idea where they came from, how, or when.

black market and asia..... they grind tiger parts into powder.please dont encourage the needless slaughter of tigers  there are some species (of Tiger) that were hunted to extinction for things like there teeth and bones and skins. theres no point in this sensless parade of vanity that kills such magnificent creatures as these

Pretty sure they are illegal to own so you will need to search the black market in Africa to deal with poachers specializing in endangered animals.

I doubt you can purchase them legally anywhere in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, or Canada.

I believe there is a treaty the prohibits the importation of animal products from endangered species.

Let the tiger keep it's teeth. He needs them a lot more than you.

I agree with Mr. Bitter.... let the tiger keep his teeth.... it's different if you find shark teeth on a shore... that's found naturally and hopefully nothing poached it for the tooth to come ashore....
