Where city is the best place to open a Japanese Restaurant?

I looking for a place to open a Japanese Restaurant. I have been searching around Murfreesboro, TN but I couldn't find any place is a good place. Last week, I searched in Madison, TN and I got a place which is really nice to open a Japanese Rest but I also got an important information which most of population of Madison is Hispanic-American. So I wonder, if there is not much American, most of them are Hispanic_American instead, should I open a Japanese Restaurant in that area?
