Where could I Download winkawaks 1.45 emulator?

I couldn't find any site to download kawaks 1.45 because i think that is the only version of kawaks which i could play Metal slug. If I'm wrong please post how could i play it on kawaks 1.59 or 1.59. Thanks in advance!
