I dont care if its from hong kong but isn't it how much it costs in u.s dolars like twice as much??

Usually things sold on Ebay that are from China (Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, etc.) are exclusive to that place. You won't exactly find it anywhere in North America. I'm not really getting the last part? But, It usually says it's around $9-$13 and ends up being around $30 because the shipping costs are so high. Also, here's a converter. You can choose from the Hong Kong Dollar and the Chinese Yuan. :)
