Where could I find a .270 remington for under $450?

Question

I'm looking for a good hunting rifle and I've found that this is the gun I want. I live in Currituck, NC which is on the border of NC/VA. There is plenty of shops that might have one but I was just wondering if there is a shop like bass pro shops or something where they come cheap.

I'm sure you can find a good used Remington 700 for $450, new is a little bit more than that.

You could get REMINGTON 770 BOLT ACTION CENTERFIRE RIFLE 270 WIN, 22" BBL, BLACK SYNTHETIC STOCK, DETACHABLE MAGAZINE, 3-9X40MM SCOPE for about $400

Do you mean a rifle chambered in .270? Mossberg makes a 100-ATR chambered in .270....

Remington makes a Model 770.... There not as nice as their 700 series rifles and they are not as nice as the 100-ATR so consider the Mossberg.....
