Well, for a teenager can mean a lot of things. If you mean a little crazy, maybe retro, but definitly cheap. I would suggest trying thrift stores, the Salvation Army, and if you are looking for something a little nicer, Value City usually has a decent selection, at reasonable prices. Also, check out the paper each week, since it's back to school time, a lot of stores are having their Back to School Sales and what not. Hope that helped a little.
