Where could I find good fish fry in chennai?

Question

I am new to Chennai & am basically a bong :D; So can't live without fish :D But the problem where do I get fresh, less oily, fish fry in chennai? I live close to Guindy National Park & work near Old Mahabalipuram Road.

I tried this Minerava Restaurent near Velachary local station, its I suppose the chettinad styled fish fry.. didn't found it any good :(. Someone told me karaikudi restaurents serves good fish? Really?? If yes what should I order there?

I had one good/bad experience in besant nagar beach. I tried 4 different fish varieties near the sea-shore on a thela. The first 3 fish were yummy, it was spicy, warm with nimbu & pepper. But the 4th time I ordered it was a stale fish (yuk!!) But I am not very sure of how hygenic these places are though :(

In case you guys know of some cool gr8 places in chennai to get hot fich fry, do send the leads :D
