Where could I get a Halloween costume like hers? Please answer!?

I love Halloween and I plan it pretty early, and it's in 2 months so I dont care.

Well where could i find a costume like hers? Dont tell me just go to a Halloween store, like party city, i have and they use the same costumes they have every year. And hot topic wouldnt have this. If you dont know any place that has this full costume, do you know any place that has the too too skirt or atleast a corset like that?

I suggest going to a dance store and getting a tutu. They come in all different style and colours. If you have no dance store near you, try ordering one from www.discoundance.com.

For the top, try going to a lingerie store. Just look of a white corset and make sure it is 'full length.' This means it will go over your but. Then you just slip the tutu on over the corset, but some red heels, and rip some old black fishnets. That's a cool costume, good luck!!

If you are set on this costume, you could make it yourself. Look for supplies at local craft and thrift stores.

Heres a pretty cheap white corset that you could easily trim with black ribbon and tule:

that's umm...kind of freaky

the only suggestion i have is to get some fishnets and rip them..

i think u would be able to get the gloves at either spencers or hot topic
