Where could i find a pattern to make a rag doll costume?

i know its early to think about halloween but I'm thinking of making my costume. I want to be a rag doll (not sally the rag doll from nightmare before christmas). Something like this http://images.buycostumes.com/mgen/merchandiser/21732.jpg

but sadly i cant find any patter, or maybe i just suck at searching :/

can someone please help me?

  2. Every Halloween, the fabric stores have adult Raggedy Ann costume patterns. Or check on ebay using raggedy ann costume pattern for your key words. You might have to modify it a bit, since the link you posted looks a little sexier than the normal ones I've seen. good luck!

If you look at Walmart in the fabric section there are a bunch of catalogues on a stand (likely by the name of "McCalls).  Flip through them and find a picture of the costume you want, they will have something similar to it.  Beside the picture there will be a number, then look down and notice that the stand the catalogue is on, has drawers in it.  Open the drawers and find the number in the catalogue, that should be your pattern :-)
