You could hit up local sewing shops to see if any of the ladies there would be interested. Also, hang around at sewing classes at the rec center, etc... or look in the paper for ads for people-- but that might be a long shot.

Just a warning though-- if you are serious about a clothing line, you should probably learn how to sew and do it yourself. All good designers know how to sew. It's like owning an ice cream factory, knowing how to eat ice cream and what flavors you like, but not how to make it.
