Where could i get my parakeets beak trimmed?

its extremely long and i dont want to do it myself because im afraid i might hurt it

please help

No.  This would be very painful.  Birds' beaks are filled with nerve endings.  They're not like your finger nails.  Cutting off part of their beaks would be like cutting off the tips of your fingers.  Chickens raised on factory-farms are de-beaked when they're about 10 days old, and its very painful.
