Where could i go in galway to get work experience with disabled/special needs children for school?

For school we were asked to think about what we would like to do for our work experience. i live in headford in galway and i want to try out working with disabled/special needs kids because i'm interested in it. Where should i ask....i dont know where to start looking....can you help??

Try ringing organisations that represent children with special needs and disabilities. Or get in touch with your local education authority who will be able to give you a list of special schools and organisations that would be willing to let you help.
