I think they underestimate their product they claim a 40% fuel saving, I think if you had the nice coupe they have pictured and mixed water into the fuel you would get a 100% fuel saving  i.e. your car wouldn't work any more

There is no such thing as a water powered car, and yes there have been steam cars but the fuel is what provides the heat to make the steam, not the water.

Same is true of hydrogen you need clean water to make it  but water is not the fuel, hydrogen is.

If you have an ethanol car do you push corn cobs into the fuel tank or wait till they are turned into ethanol.

I actually got the conversion kit from

Water powered cars are supposed to be out in two years. The military is fitting water power to a Hummer which will save our country Billions. Water is not only NOT a fuel, it's actually the waste product of hydrogen gas that was burned eons ago.

Schemes that claim otherwise are actually splitting the water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen, using energy that was generated by currently available external sources......like coal, gas, oil..........

So in effect, a water powered car merely moves the burning of a few gallons of fossil fuel from under the hood to the regional power utility.
