Where could you go to be an extra and or get an agent.

I used to go to the auditions.  Just sit in a big room with 100 others in Los Angeles.  Someone (producer? casting agent?) would finally enter and say "I'm going to need 4 cowboys, 2 young women, and 1 old man with a beard".   THen she would walk around the room and pick up the 7 people and maybe pick 1 more ..just in case.  Everyone else left. You won't have an agent lining up those auditions for you.  THere is no money in it.  Unless you are the child of a movie star or Donald Trump. Once you start going to the auditions (some are posted on the tv and movie lots and you can go there and read them) you meet others and you share info.  It's a bit boring.  And you understand why every waiter in Los Angeles is an actor.  You have to at least try it, so go now. /
