  2. Henry VII (January 28, 1457 – April 21, 1509) was born at Pembroke Castle, Wales, and resided at many different royal residences throughout his life in England.

    Greenwich Palace (Palace of Placentia) in Greenwich, on the banks of the River Thames, downstream from London. This palace is also the birthplace of his second son, future King Henry VIII, and his two famous grandchildren Mary and Elizabeth Tudor.

    Richmond Palace a royal residence of Henry VII, named after his family title. His father was titled 1st Earl of Richmond. In 1502, it witnessed a betrothal of his eldest daughter, Princess Margaret to King James IV of Scotland. From this line eventually came the House of Stuart. In 1509 Henry VII died at Richmond Palace.
