  1. Originally it was the n**i's themselves, an example would be Heinrich Himmler who ordered his camp leaders to destroy all records.  The denial of the Holocaust eventually reached the US and a historian named David Hoggan wrote a book called The Forced War which defended the n**i's antisemitism.  He later wrote the Myth of the Six Million which out right denied the Holocaust.  Another notable denier was French historian Paul Rassinier who himself was in a concentration camp for helping French Jews escape.  It is believed that he denies it because he went to Buchenwald which was not a extermination camp.  Many KKK and white supremacists believe that the Holocaust was a Zionist/Allied/Soviet Conspiracy. It continues on today and you should do more research as I do not want to type the entire history of Holocaust denial here.

  2. The Holocaust was naturally denied in the U.S. and outside or Europe because it was believed to be Pro-War propaganda (too terrible to be real). The exact origins however, I have no idea ^_^

  5. Mostly it was from arrogant AmeriKans who have never been outside their own country and are experts on the whole world, who don't believe it because it's not in the friggin BIBLE.... It is the same morons who believe all that flat earth nonsense and keep saying on here that we never went to the moon or that the Surge is working in Iraq... or that George Bush is a wonderful president.

  6. They kept it quiet internally, and pressured citizens (sometimes by force) to keep shut about it.
