undecided, he "doesn't know if he wants to retire or not". He is thinking about signing with Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver. His waiting has murdered my vancouver canucks. Markus Nasuland has signed with the rangers, and Brendan Morrison just signed with the ducks. The canucks are goin to SUCK MAJOR. At least we'll get the first draft pick in the 2009 draft. Does Crosby have any brothers thinking about playing in the nhl next year? haha

I still say the dark horse in all this is the Avalanche....started his career with the franchise and agaian "if" Sakic comes back then Sakic can pull some strings look at what he did to get Forsberg to play again...just saying, sometimes players dont go to the obvious choice, gotta think outside the box.  Mats has never played in the West, i think its time he expeirences the power of the Western Conference.

He went to go lose something, somewhere.  He wants to further the extent of his mediocre career and needs to make the right decision.  Leaving to go to another lackluster franchise to not make a difference isn't a decision he can just rush.  He's been on a losing team his whole career, so he won't be used to victory.  He needs to ease into that type of lifestyle.
