He was wearing them when he won the men's 100 yard dash I think.

  1. Yes, they are Puma - and they are a model called the Complete Theseus. These are a special metallic gold color that Puma made especially for Usain Bolt. Source is listed below from the NY Times.

  2. HE WORE THEM AT THE 200M TOO I THINK IT IS ASICS OR SPECIAL MADE!

  3. Yes they're PUMAS...he is sponsered by them, his custom spike.

  4. Alex, I saw that his gold shoes had the Puma stripe/swoosh thing on the side. They are definitely Pumas. The Jamaican uniforms also have the Puma logo on them.

Manufacturers like Puma provide them for free and also give the athletes huge endorsement contracts. Walter Dix, another sprinter (he won bronze in the 100 meters), recently signed an endorsement contract like that with Nike, worth millions of dollars (and all the free shoes he wants). 5. probably specially made, but they are cool

  6. The shoes are PUMA. Actually, according to the FT, other Jamaican sprinters switched from Puma to either Nike or Adidas. Only Bolt stayed with Puma. Its not how many but who you sign. Go Puma and Go Bolt!
