Obviously there is no process in space which spits out matter, no giant machine which creats atoms and stuff, nor planets and moons etc. so why is it there? Why is space not completely void of these things?

  1. To quote you... 'Hey dude, You can kick this question around all you want but you will never come up with a valid answer. sorry but the answer you seek to find is just not there.'

If we knew that - we'd be laughing.

  2. The answer to this question depends on your faith. if you are of secular belief you can say that all matter came from the Big Bang or something like that. On the other hand if you are a string believer of some faith, then the answer to that question is within you! But yes what you ask is rather confusing because one of the top properties of matter is it can neither be created nor destroyed!
