They put the mummies in coffins after this really gross process of sucking out their insides called embalming. They put the insides into jars and put them in the pyramid along with the coffin. They put huge ammounts of food, money, furniture etc. in with them for when they go into the next life. They also put coins over their eyes so they could pay the guy that rowed them over the water to the next life. They had very creepy death ideas.
