Sorry, I don't know Rabble Rouser. The trolls are the ones who have multiple IDs. They come in and ask leading questions, answer them themselves and report anyone that disagrees with their views. When one gets enough reports Yahoo suspends their account. I'm quite sure that's what happened your friend and a lot of other people. One way to avoid them is, after opening the question place your pointer over the askers avatar and if it indicates an ID was created in the last few days don't answer the question. I started doing that and my being reported dropped dramatically.
