Today, In a small town In Colombia. The place is called Bagadó Chocó. Some people said that It was a call from god or something like that, But I think It has another explanation because in other places that weird event has happened. They could proved that It was blood because one of the settlers took some of the rain to a medic lab and indeed it was blood.
