what civilization had the first form of a toilet?

Outhouse, or earlier, "p**p Street" as I call it. Its a long line of solid rock toilet seats (just and opening small than your butt) that you sit on and all your p**p just drops into some running water. It's outdoors and the seats are like 6 inches away from each other. Used to be a place to socialize.
